Ungapped is a Swedish tool for newsletters and email marketing, with templates and Swedish-speaking support. The cost follows the size of your contact list, so it rises as more people subscribe. The lists are held by the provider. If you want to own your sends and contact data yourself, an open-source system is the right fit.
