Open options for Loom
Loom records your screen and you at the same time, so you can show how something works instead of writing a long email. The free version limits video length and the number of videos, and anything beyond that is charged per user. The recordings are stored with the provider, which does not suit everyone when the videos show customer data or internal systems.
