Open options for Google Forms
Google Forms makes it easy to build a survey, a sign-up form or a contact form and collect the answers in a spreadsheet. It is free, but requires a Google account, and the answers end up with Google. If you collect personal data from customers, it can be worth having the forms on your own server.
