What do we mean by "automated"?

A regular online store requires you to do lots of things by hand: send order confirmations, update inventory, book shipping, write invoices, send delivery notifications. With an automated store, the system does all of that for you. You just pack and ship.

How it works

• Customer orders, The store receives the order. The customer gets an order confirmation immediately. Automatic.
• Inventory updates, The product is deducted from stock. Selling in multiple places (online + physical + marketplace)? Inventory syncs in real time.
• Shipping booked, Based on the customer's address and package size, shipping is booked automatically. Postnord, DHL or another carrier. Shipping label printed.
• Invoice created, The invoice is generated and sent to the customer. Accounting updated. Tax calculated correctly.
• Customer notified, "Your order has shipped" with a tracking link. Automatic.
• Restock alerts, Running low on a product? The system warns you or orders from the supplier automatically.

Why automate?

If you sell 10 products a week, doing everything manually might take an hour. But what if you sell 10 a day? 50? 200? Then it's not possible by hand. Automation means your store can grow without hiring someone just to process orders.
