Odoo
Odoo Community is free and handles invoicing, accounting and inventory. It has a learning curve, but it scales.
Lighter options
If Odoo feels too heavy, use a dedicated bookkeeping service aimed at small Swedish companies. Many have free tiers for very low volumes.
Minimum routine
- Save every receipt.
- Invoice promptly.
- Reconcile once a week.
- Hand over the books cleanly in June.
